How am I billed for your hosted services?
Monthly charges are invoiced to you via Paypal on the 1st of every month for the current month. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice and are considered overdue if not remitted on the 5th of the month.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed through Paypal. You can pay with a ViSA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit card using the Paypal platform even if you don't have a PayPal account.

Do you collect sales tax?
We only collect sales tax on physical products we sale in the state of New York.

Technical Questions - Hosting

Do you backup my server?
We offer automatic backup as a standard feature in all its servers. Here's what you need to know about our backup service:
1) Backups are stored in the same datacenter as the original instance on a separate, fault tolerant storage system. 2) Automatic backups are configured to run daily. 3) The time of day, day of week/month that the backup occurs is configurable. 4) When backups are restored, snapshots of the entire server is restored, not individual files. 5) Your two most recent backups are stored. Older backups are rotated out after each scheduled interval.

Do you offer IPv6 support?
Yes, our plans come with one primary IPv6 address.

Do you support multiple IPv4 addresses per instance?
Our plans come with one primary IPv4 address. Up to two additional addresses are available for an extra fee.

What type of virtualization do you use?
We use KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine).

Some ports seem to be blocked on my VPS. Are there any ports that you're blocking?
We block several ports that are commonly abused for DDOS attacks: TCP & UDP port 17, TCP & UDP port 19, TCP & UDP port 1900, UDP port 53413, UDP port 11211, TCP port 25 (SMTP), TCP & UDP port 137, TCP & UDP port 138, TCP & UDP port 139, TCP & UDP port 445

Will I have access to a firewall for my VPS?
You will have the option to configure iptables rules to secure your server.

How can I delete or retrieve the data I have with Excellisoft Corporation?
There are many file transfer tools that you can use in order to download data stored within your VPS or server. You can use a command like rsync or sftp, or a GUI tool to transfer files via SFTP/SCP. Please contact us if you need more information on this subject.
